COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Spring is in the air and businesses in downtown Columbus are welcoming the new season with special offers.
The annual downtown spring open house is taking place Friday and Saturday.
More than a dozen shops and restaurants are offering special discounts and prizes for shoppers this weekend.
It’s the perfect time to amp up your spring wardrobe or buy that last minute Easter outfit.
Business owners say the weekend is something they always look forward to.
“It’s fun to see the different spring things to go on your doors, great new discounts that we’re working on, different things we’ve marked some things 50 to 75 percent off,” said Susan Mckay.
The open house will kick off again on Saturday at 10 AM.
